[2]既然并購(gòu)就意味著要換公司的名字，怎么是we decide?在商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的寫作中，主語(yǔ)一般都選擇客體代詞，避免應(yīng)用主觀性很強(qiáng)的句子。
[3]Instead 可以直接放在句尾，不用介詞。
[4]這個(gè)范圍也太有限了，難道只有和客戶見面才用新名稱么？整句改為：please use the new name officially from then.

[1]過(guò)去分詞作定語(yǔ)或狀語(yǔ)都是表示已經(jīng)結(jié)束的動(dòng)作，如果名字已經(jīng)改完，就不用有這封memo 了。
[2]改為介詞短語(yǔ)after the merger,
[3]時(shí)態(tài)錯(cuò)誤，完成時(shí)表示已經(jīng)了，應(yīng)該是將來(lái)時(shí)。
[4]去掉，名字問(wèn)題毋庸置疑，沒有商量。
