來看新府學外國語這兩周我們又經歷了什么？

　　01、新府學攜手頂思公益

　　啟動大魚計劃，與鄉村學校躍讀同行

　　10月25日晚，頂思RAISE2019國際學校之夜暨公益晚宴在深圳舉行，新府學作為頂思公益“大魚計劃”的聯合發起者，出席了此次活動。并將在學校帶領師生為此項公益活動作出更多的努力。

　　“真正的好公益，不是給予，而是賦能”，新府學攜手頂思公益，致力于“三個遇見，三個賦能”：遇見好書，賦能鄉村孩子自由自主閱讀;遇見好師，賦能鄉村教師職業價值成長;遇見好課，賦能鄉村課堂構建主義生長。

　　新府學自建校以來，除了堅持“數學+”這一鮮明特色，重視培養學生數理邏輯、學術基礎之外，我們也特別注重學生的閱讀能力培養，并將課本之外的“真閱讀”作為中文教學的一條主線。新府學希望通過建立班級圖書角，為落后地區的孩子搭建可以一閱而上的舞臺。

　　“大魚計劃”中的“種子教師計劃”把網絡遠程教育的對象下沉至教師層面，在底層應用新技術解決落后地區教育資源匱乏的問題。新府學非常認可這樣的賦能，我們希望讓學生獲得每一項品質，都必須先讓教師獲得;我們希望給予學生的每一點饋贈，都必須先給予我們的教師。

　　新府學建校不足3年，能夠穩步發展獲得今天的成績，與我們一直用這樣的理念幫助我們的教師成長是分不開的。在此之前，新府學已經多次帶領全校師生參與不同規模的公益活動，讓學生們體悟愛、致良知、明明德。我們相信，先有明德至善，然后才能中西通才。

　　02、新府學應邀參加

　　RAISE亞洲國際學校大會

　　新府學創始人盧振虎先生作為行業指南者之一，10月24日應邀參加了在深圳舉行的RAISE亞洲國際學校大會之行業先鋒會，與10幾位行業指南在會議中就國際學校當前的發展做出了討論和發言。

　　同時，新府學聯合創始人辛玲校長所帶領的管理團隊同樣獲得了邀請，參與了RAISE亞洲國際學校大會四天的會議交流，新府學初小部教育教學副校長在會上參與主持了“課程融合與創新”的分論壇，姚校長學術與實踐相結合，深入淺出的主持風格，獲得了在場嘉賓及參會人員的一致好評。

　　“連接改變教育”與新府學開放、包容、學習的態度高度一致。年輕的新府學走在了國際教育的最前沿，時刻保持審時度勢、與時俱進的態度，堅持自己的教育理念和特色，保持學習者的心態，吸納著國內外更合適我們學生的教育方式。我們力求為學生創造適合他們的環境，讓他們在這個環境中成為更好的自己!

　　03、英文演講比賽，發展學生21世紀技能

　　他們，在臺上侃侃而談，流利的英文、自信的神情，豐富多樣的話題……他們自信地用英文表達自己的想法，表達自己對當前時事的態度，以及表達自己對音樂、科技等領域的愛好和理解。有的孩子在演講臺上談起了自由，為什么自由很重要?有的孩子談起了成功和失敗，我們應該如何面對?還有的孩子談起了中國美食，“舌尖上的中國”正由孩子們用英文介紹給外教……這就是新府學初小部于近兩周舉辦的英文演講比賽。

　　孩子們和老師共同選定演講題目，孩子們在老師的指導及自己的努力下，準備素材，自信登臺展現了自己。

　　無論他們的觀點成熟與否，他們在準備演講稿的過程中學會自我思考、自己查閱資料、主動與老師探討，這個過程于他們則是最大的收獲。不僅如此，當他們站在臺上開始演講時，他們更收獲了對自我的肯定，收獲了英文寫作及表達能力的提升。

　　下月初，初小部將會有近40學生經過層層初選，進入復賽，讓我們共同期待孩子們取得更好的成績!

　　0 1、XFA Collaborate with Top School

　　to Launch “The Big Fish” project -

　　As co-founder of Top Schools public welfare project “The Big Fish”, on October 25, 2019 Beijing Xin Fuxue International Academy attended the RAISE 2019 International School Gala and Charity Dinner held in Shenzhen China.

　　“True public welfare is the empowerment of knowledge.” By collaborating with Top School creators, XFA aims to empower village school children to read independently and train teachers in the strategies for teaching reading.

　　Since our founding over thirty-five years ago, Xin Fuxue has continued to develop “Mathematics Plus”, A Mathematics curriculum developed to improve a child’s mathematical thinking abilities. XFA hopes that with classroom reading corners being established in village schools, students in underdeveloped regions can raise their reading and academic abilities.

　　The Teacher Training Plan, a sub-project under The Big Fish, allows village schoolteachers to receive professional development and new educational tools that can address the shortage of teaching resources in poor regions. XFA is committed to this project. We believe that teachers should be equipped with the proper tools and training to be able to develop young learners.

　　XFA faculty and students have participated in several charity events over the past years. Through these community projects, students gain wisdom and develop good moral values.

　　0 2、XFA was invited to RAISE Asia

　　International School Conference-

　　The founder of Xin Fuxue, Lu Zhenhu was invited as an industry leader to participate in the RAISE Asia International School Conference meeting held in Shenzhen on October 24th, 2019. He discussed and spoke with more than 10 industry leaders on the current development of international schools.

　　The XFA leadership team led by co-founder Principal Xin Ling also received an invitation to participate in the four-day collaboration of educational leaders at the RAISE Asia International School Conference. Yao Yukun, Deputy Principal of Academics of Elementary and Middle School at XFA facilitated a forum entitled "Curriculum Integration and Innovation" at the meeting. Principal Yao's simple yet profound sharing won unanimous praise from guests and participants.

　　"Collaboration Changes Education" is consistent with XFA’s open and inclusive philosophy. Despite being a new school, XFA is already at the forefront of international education, always evaluating current educational practices, keeping pace with trends to provide the best education for our students.

　　0 3、English speech contest to develop

　　students' 21st-century skills-

　　Our confident students spoke fluent English on the stage covering a variety of topics.They confidently expressed their ideas in English, speaking on current events, hobbies, music, technology, and other subjects. Some children spoke about individual freedom and why it is important? Some children spoke about success and failure and how one should face them . Others spoke about Chinese food and culture.

　　About forty students from the Elementary and Middle School at Beijing Xin Fuxue International Academy will compete in the finals. Great job XFA students and good luck to the finalists!
