三、CMR 公約下，承運人的免責(zé)范圍

　　在下列情況下，承運人對貨物的滅失，損害和延遲交付免除責(zé)任：

　　1. Any wrongful act or neglect of the consignor. 由于發(fā)貨人的錯誤行為或者過失造成的貨物的滅失，損害和延遲交付，承運人不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
