 　　2020年年初，新冠肺炎疫情猝不及防的到來，給所有人帶來了一場特殊考驗，對于學校而言，新學期以一種特殊的方式開始，雖然，現在教學地點變了，授課方式變了，但我們終會把疫情危機化為教育契機、變為學習良機，這不，我們的中育貝拉國際高中北京校區“老舅”校長正在鏡頭前期待新學期的到來與大家見面!

　　Greetings! My name is Joe Doggett. I am the headmaster of the EduChina International High School Beijing Campus.

　　大家好!我叫Joe Doggett，我是中育貝拉國際高中北京校區的外方校長。

　　I wish I was speaking to you from Beijing right now, but I am unfortunately stuck here in the United States, in my home, in a province called Vermont, waiting out the Covid-19 virus and looking forward to getting back in China to resume my normal life in school.

　　我希望我現在能在北京與大家交流，但是很遺憾，我被困在美國佛蒙特州的家中抗擊COVID-19病毒。我期待能夠盡快回到中國恢復學校的正常工作生活。

　　If there is one thing that the global health crisis has taught us, it is that we are now in a truly global world.

　　如果這次全球健康危機教會了我們一件事，那就是我們現在處于一個真正的全球化世界中。

　　“We are interconnected in all ways, health of course, but economically, socially, culturally, and in any way you can think about.

　　不單是健康，經濟，社會，文化等方方面面都相互交織聯系。

　　So the fact you are considering a future of global-based education. It is, in my opinion, a very wise choice.

　　I invite you to take a look at our website, to talk to our admissions officers, to speak with any of our teachers or me, to come visit our campus when life returns to its normal routine and we are operating. Once again, in person I suppose to online virtually, which we have been doing in the last month.
