　　辦理保險 （arranging Insurance）

　　句型1：to insure W.P.A / F.P.A 投保水漬險 / 平安險

　　注：W.P.A=With Particular Average，F(xiàn).P.A=Free from Particular Average

　　例1.請在你處投保平安險。

　　Please insure F.P.A at your end.

　　例2.按CIF價出售的貨物，我們一般投保水漬險。

　　We generally insure W.P.A .on C.I.F. sales / for goods sold on CIF basis.

　　句型2：to insure （cover）…against 投保…險（別）

　　例1.請將貨物投保戰(zhàn)爭險。

　　Please cover the goods against War Risk.

　　例2.我們已將貨物投保平安險和一切險。

　　We have insured the goods F.P.A and against all Risks.

　　（注：在表示的“投保…險”時，在險別前要加against，但是在W.PA和F.P.A前不加against.）

　　句型3：to arrange　（effect， cover， take out）　insurance on sth　投保

　　例1.由于我方是按CIF價訂貨的，應(yīng)由你方投保。

　　As our order was placed on a CIF basis， the insurance is to be arranged by you.

　　例2.我們愿代你方投保。

　　We will effect insurance on your behalf.

　　例3.你方是否已代我們對此貨物投保？

　　Have you taken out insurance for us on these goods？

　　句型4：to cover （insure） sb. on sth. 為…投保

　　例：請為我們投保下列貨物。

　　Please insure us on the following goods.

　　句型5：to insure …for 按…金額投保

　　例1.我們將按發(fā)票金額110%投保此貨物。

　　We shall insure the goods for 110% of the invoice value.

　　例2.我們希望你方按發(fā)票金額加10%投保。

　　We wish you to insure the goods for the invoice value plus 10%.

　　We have insured the shipment for USD 27， 000.

　　句型6：to insure …with…向投保

　　例1.我們一般對按CIF價出售的貨物向中國人民保險公司投保。

　　We usually insure with the People‘s Insurance Company of China for the goods sold on CIF basis.

　　例2.由賣方按發(fā)票金額110%向中國人民保險公司投保一切險。

　　Insurance is to be _______ by the sellers ______ All Risks ______ 110% of the invoice value _______ the People‘s Insurance Company of China.

　　2.賠償（Compensation）

　　句型1：to file / lodge a claim with/ against … 句型2： to compensate （sb.） for

　　例1.貨物如發(fā)生損壞，可向貴地的保險代理提出索賠，他們將賠償你方遭受的損失。

　　If any damage to the goods occurs / arises / results， a claim may be filed with the insurance agent at your end， who will undertake to compensate you for the loss sustained.

　　例2.保險公司將按照投保險別賠償損失。

　　The insurance company will compensate you for the losses according to the coverage arranged.

　　句型3：to submit an insurance claim to 提出保險索賠

　　例1.保險索賠應(yīng)在貨物到達(dá)目的港30天內(nèi)提交保險公司或其代理商。

　　An insurance claim should be submitted to the insurance company or its agents within 30 days after the arrival of the consignment at the port of destination.

　　例2.如果貨物發(fā)生損壞，你方可憑檢驗報告與你處保險代理聯(lián)系并提出保險索賠。

　　Should any damage be incurred you may approach the insurance agents at your end and submit an insurance claim supported by a survey report.
