1. I inform you that I have been appointed the Sole Agent in Tokyo for The Goodrich Rubber Co. New York City.
2. We advise you that we have made Messrs. Hara & Co., Tokyo, our representatives, who hold at your disposal our catalogue.
3. We have much pleasure in informing you that we have entered into arrangement with Mr. H. Hattori, who has twenty years＇ experience in tea trade, to act as our representative.
4. I wish to proffer you my services, with the assurance that whatever claims and others you may be pleased to confide and recommend to my agency, shall be promptly and efficiently attended to.
5. We have efficient and responsible agents and correspondents in the principal cities and towns of the United States, and we trust our agency will offer peculiar advantages and facilities to those persons residing abroad, who have claims, debts or dividends, payable or recoverable therein.
6. We advise you that we cease from this date to represent Messrs. W. & M., having resigned their agency on 5th March last, on giving them the required three months＇ notice.
7. We inform you that, as our agreement with Messrs. B. & S. will come to an end on the 4th April, they will cease to represent us after that date, and we appointed as their successor Mr. A. G., who will take up the agency from 5th April.
8. We inform you that we have opened a house of general agency at the M. under the firm-name of W.Y. & Co.
9. We inform you that we have formed a partnership and established a house of General Agency, under the title of D. & C.
10. I have the honour to inform you that I have just established myself in this town as a general agent for the American goods.

7、我公司與BS公司的協(xié)定將于4月4日期滿，自即日起該公司不再是我公司的代理店。為此，任命AG先生為后任，并從4月5日起開始代理業(yè)務(wù)。特此通告。
8、我們?cè)贛街，以WY公司的名義，開設(shè)了總代理，特此函告。
9、我們數(shù)人聯(lián)合組建了一個(gè)公司，并開設(shè)總代理，取名DC，特此通告。
