二、到港手續
英文原文：A vessel entering a country has to call first at a port which is indicated by the Government as customs port.
注釋：call at a port： 掛靠，�？浚ǜ劭冢﹊ndicate： 指定，指出 government： 政府 customs port： 海關港口
中文意思：船舶進入一個國家，首先必須在一個由政府指定設立海關的港口靠泊。
英文原文：However， the vessel can start unloading goods only after the customs authorities grant the necessary permit， called “Entry Inwards”， to the vessel on submission by the master or agent of the vessel of and “Import Manifest” containing particulars of the cargo on board in the prescribed form.
注釋：start doing sth. 開始做某事 unloading： 卸貨 customs authorities： 海關當局 grant： 授予，同意 necessary： 必需的，必要的 permit： 通行證，許可證 Entry Inwards： 進口報關單 submission： 呈遞，遞交Import Manifest： 進口載貨清單；進口艙單 particulars： 消息信息，資料 prescribed form： 規定形式的，規定格式的 （prescribed： 規定的，指定的 form：格式，形式）
中文意思：然而，只有在船長或船舶代理人提交規定形式的包括記載了船上載運貨物的詳細情況在內的進口載貨清單，海關當局批準了必須的進口報關單后，船才可以開始卸貨。
遞交進口載貨清單的同時，下列證明文件也可能需要一起提交：
