　　四個單詞都有“拋棄”的意思。

　�、賏bandon 拋棄，離棄。一般指完全和永久地舍棄某人或某物�？捎糜诎�義，也可以用于貶義。書面語用的多。 The sailors abandoned the burning ship.船員們放棄了著火的船。

　�、赿esert遺棄，離棄。指某人或某物無人問津，或在困難時或困境中被人背棄。多用于貶義，有時可引申為“失去”的意思。 All his friends have deserted him when he is in difficulties.在他困難的時候，他所有的朋友都背棄了他。

　　③leave 舍棄，遺棄。著重“離開”、“遺留下”的意思。 常見用法：～sb./sth.; ～sb./sth.to sb.; ～sb./sth.with sb.;～sth.for sth.常用短語：be left with給留下，被剩下;leave alone 不管;leave aside 擱置;leave behind 留下，遺忘。 Did he leave any message for me? 他有話留給我么?
