　　前面我們已經連續給大家推出了一些經典詞匯在真題句子中的釋義和相同詞綴的比較。下面我們繼續給大家講解這些系列單詞。相信大家通過前面詞匯的學習，已經熟悉了一些經典例句和詞匯，文都教育提醒大家，詞匯的學習一定要及時復習，在學習新單詞的同時，一定回顧以往記憶的詞匯，要溫故而知新。

　　下面，我們繼續一起來學習幾組句子吧，通過句子記憶里面的經典單詞。

　　1. Most notably, the Pointcast Network uses a screen saver to deliver a continually updated stream of news and advertisements to subscribers’ computer monitors. (真題 1999, Text 2, Paragraph 3)

　　比較突出的例子是Pointcast網絡，該網絡使用一種屏幕保護系統，將大量比較新的信息和廣告不斷地傳送到網民的計算機顯示器上。

　　2. It’s theory to which many economists subscribe, but in practice it often leaves railroads in the position of determining which companies will flourish and which will fail. (真題 2003, Text 3, Paragraph 4)

　　這種理論得到了多數經濟學家的認同，但在實際操作中，它使鐵路公司可以決定哪些公司會興旺，哪些公司會倒閉。

　　3. Copyright rested with the journal publisher, and researchers seeking knowledge of the results would have to subscribe to the journal. (真題 2008, Text 2, Paragraph 1)

　　版權歸屬于出版社，而其他研究人員要知道他們的研究結果必須花錢訂閱該刊物才行。

　　其他的模式都是對這三種的不同組合，比如延期開放式是指某一些期刊在發表文章的前六個月只允許付費閱覽，此后轉為免費閱讀。

　　但從長遠來看會引起比較大變化的是新的衛星頻道的出現，它們的部分資金來自廣告收入，部分來自用戶收視費。
