　　There is no denying the fact that there is a serious problem in Chinese Medical Care. The medical price is very expensive and it is very difficult to see a doctor. Every day thousands of patients crowed at each of China’s top-level hospital in big cities. It’s hard to make an appointment, especially when you want to see an expert. The soaring medical costs are also a heavy burden for many people.

　　I think there are two topic reasons which cause these problems. One reason is that the investment from the government is still limit; the other is that people don’t believe the service quality of smaller hospitals.

　　So how to solve these problems, from my opinion, I believe there include two aspects. The first one is that the Chinese government should make sure the basic operation of public hospitals and pay more for the health insurance, people will no longer think medical service are so high. The second one is to raise the medical service quality in smaller hospitals, the big hospital have the responsibility to offer help.

　　From the statements above, I hope through the reform of Medical Care in China, the Chinese medical care will be better and better.

　　文章結構符合題目要求，層次比較清楚，內容也比較充實，但是出現了一些語法錯誤和語言表達不盡的地方，今后復習中一定要注意這些方面的加強，加油啊。
