黑利伯瑞【升旗儀式】感恩珍惜，愛在初冬

 　　鮮花感恩雨露，因為雨露滋潤它成長;雄鷹感恩長空，因為長空給它空間飛翔;高山感恩大地，因為大地讓它高聳;大海感恩小溪，因為小溪讓它博大;我們感恩一切, 因為感恩是世界上最美好的情懷!

　　11月26日，溫馨的主題推開了瑟瑟的寒風，黑利伯瑞全體師生匯聚在一起，以“感恩珍惜，愛在初冬”為主題舉行升旗儀式。本次升旗儀式由高中部祖詩雯，張宇兩位同學主持。由于天氣原因，本次升旗儀式由校園廣播系統在室內舉行。

　　大家好!

　　我是來自高中部的扎曉雨，能夠作為升旗手站在這里，我感到十分榮幸，對于給與我這次機會的老師和同學，我充滿感激。在學習中，我是一名勤奮、刻苦的學生;生活中，我是一名樂于助人、團結同學的知心朋友。謝謝大家!

　　升旗儀式上，師生莊嚴肅穆，隨后進行了《學會感恩》國旗下演講：感恩是學會做人的支點，感恩之心是一種美好的感情，是對世間所有人、所有事給予自己的幫助表示感激，銘記在心，感恩是我們民族的優良傳統之一，是正直的基本要求。那么，作為一名中學生，怎樣感恩呢?

　　作為一名學生，我們更應該以感恩之心去學習和生活。讓我們時刻懷有一顆感恩的心，將感恩之心化為感恩之行。期望每位同學都能志存高遠，認真做好每件事，珍惜與你相處的伙伴，學會表達感激與謝意。

　　大家早上好，今天演講的話題是“感恩”。感恩，是對別人給予的恩惠表示感激 ，是對他人幫助的回報 。人在一生中，會領受各種幫助——小而言之，父母的養育之恩，老師的教育之恩，領導的關懷之恩，同事的幫助之恩，晚輩的贍養、照顧之恩，甚至是來自陌生人的熱心相助;大而言之，生活環境中的一切，包括一草一木都對我們有恩情。感恩，是一種美好的情感，是事業上的原動力，是人的高貴之所在。感恩，能使我們感受到大自然的美妙、生活的美好;能使我們保持積極、陽光的心態;能讓我們對別人少一份挑剔，多一份欣賞和感激。“滴水之恩，當涌泉相報。”

　　為報天地呵護之恩，我們應當愛護環境，保護自然;為報父母養育之恩，我們應當發展自己，用自己有能力孝敬他們;為報師長教育之恩，我們應當刻苦學習，爭創佳績;為報危難救濟之恩，我們應當“兼相愛，交相利”，讓生活變得更加美好。

　　Good morning everyone! Today my topic is “gratitude”.Gratitude is to show thanks to others for their kindness and is a reward for helping others.People get all kinds of help throughout life.In microcosm , parents' upbringing, teachers' education, leaders' care, colleagues' help, children's support, care and even strangers' help.In major terms, Everything in our living environment, including all plants and trees, is kind to us.Gratitude is a good emotion, a driving force for business and the reason why people are noble.Gratitude can make us feel the wonderful nature and life, can make us keep a positive attitude. It enables us to be less critical and more appreciative and grateful to others.Dripping of grace when animals are reported.

　　In order to reward the kindness of heaven and earth, we should cherish the environment and protect nature.In order to repay the kindness of parents' upbringing, we should develop ourselves and make ourselves capable of filial piety to them.In order to thank our teachers, we should study hard and strive for success.In order to repay the disaster relief, we should "love each other, mutually benefit" to make life better.

　　感恩是學會做人的支點，感恩之心是一種美好的感情，是對世間所有人、所有事給予自己的幫助表示感激，銘記在心，感恩是我們民族的優良傳統之一，是正直的基本要求。那么，作為一名中學生，怎樣感恩呢?

　　首先要感恩父母，因為每個人的生命都是父母血脈的延續，父母給了我們全部的愛，讓我們享受到了人世間的親情和幸福，因此，我們要感謝父母。

　　老師是我們成長的領路人， 是我們的朋友， 老師尊重、理解和愛護我們， 言傳身教，讓我們受益終身，老師為我們付出心血和汗水，我們應該感恩老師。

　　同學是我們學習生活的同伴，同學間互相鼓勵，互相幫助,共同戰勝困難與挫折，共同品嘗學習的成功與快樂，我們應該感謝天天與我們相伴的同學。

　　學校為我們提供了良好的讀書環境， 是我們鍛煉的場所、施展才華的舞臺， 我們應該感恩學校。

　　祖國是我們的根，是我們的源。沒有祖國，就沒有我們的安棲之所;沒有祖國，就沒有我們做人的尊嚴;沒有祖國，就沒有我們所擁有的一切!我們應該感恩祖國。

　　Gratitude is the fulcrum of being a person, and is a kind of beautiful emotion, it’s to give thanks to all the people and things in the world for their help, and keep that in mind.

　　Gratitude is the cxcellent tradition of our nation, it’s the basic of being a fair—minded person. So how can we be thankful as high school students?

　　The most significant point is to be thankful to our parents. This is because everyone’s life is the of our parent’s life. Psrents give us all of their love, and give us chance to feel the happiness life in the world. As a result, we must thank our parents.

　　Teachers are guided of our growth. They are our friends, Our teachers respect, understand and care about us. They teach by precept and example, give us permanent benefit. Our teachers spend their sweat and blood on us, its our responsibility to give thanks to our teachers.

　　Our classmates are our companion in our daily life. We inspire and help each other. We go through all the difficulties and frustration together and share the great taste of success and happiness. Being grateful to the classmate who are with us everyday.

　　School provides a brilliant environment for us, where we exercise and show our talent. We should be thankful to our school

　　Last but not least, our homeland is the root of us. Without it, We don‘t have place to live. Without it ,we can never have respect of being a person. Without it ,we have nothing. We’re meant to give thanks to motherland.
