黑利伯瑞國際學校【升旗儀式】“話重陽”開啟感恩教育

　　為了讓黑利伯瑞國際學校的師生了解重陽節的來歷，幫助學生們樹立尊老、敬老、愛老、助老的良好風氣，10月15日早，黑利伯瑞全體師生齊聚校操場舉行了以重陽節為主題的升旗儀式，黑利伯瑞向全體師生宣傳了民族節日——重陽節。今天的升旗儀式由黑利伯瑞小學部六年級C班的武逸飛和楊嚴坤兩位同學主持。

　　升旗儀式上，通過師生演講讓同學們懂得要用實際行動尊敬老人、幫助老人。重陽節是我國古代傳統節日，每年農歷九月初九為重陽佳節。重陽節寓意為健康長久，中華民族向來有尊老愛老的傳統美德，因此，重陽節又被定義為“老人節”，成為人們尊老、敬老，弘揚傳統美德的節日。

　　尊敬的老師，親愛的同學們，大家早上好!我是六年級c班的孔德厚。很榮幸擔任本周的升旗手。我喜歡運動，比如踢足球，打羽毛球。”為中華之崛起而讀書”，這句話是我的座右銘，時刻提醒著我要努力學習。謝謝!

　　大家好，今天我和大家聊的話題是《九九重陽節，濃濃敬老情》。重陽節，是中國傳統節日，為每年的農歷九月初九，10月17日就是今年的重陽佳節。“重陽”也叫“重九”，因為《易經》中將“九”定為陽數，九月九日，兩九相重，故曰“重陽”，古人認為重陽是一個值得慶賀的吉利日子。 慶祝重陽節一般包括登高遠眺、遍插茱萸、吃重陽糕、飲菊花酒、擺敬老宴等活動，流傳至今又添加了敬老的內涵。

　　重陽與除夕、清明、中元并稱中國傳統四大祭祖節日。 1989年農歷九月初九被定為敬老節，倡導全社會樹立尊老、敬老、愛老、助老的風氣。

　　情系老人冷暖，尊老敬老是中華民族的傳統美德，愛老助老是永遠不變的時代風尚。同學們，尊老愛老，不應只是口號，更不能止于國旗下的一次演講……尊敬老人，要在日常生活的點點滴滴中。尊敬老人，不對老人發脾氣，更不能把所有的事情都讓老人幫你完成。吃飯時，先照顧老人;假日出游，邀請爺爺奶奶外公外婆一同前往;空閑時間，陪老人聊天，聽老人講講他們年輕時候的“輝煌”……同學們，只要我們心中真正裝著老人，就一定能讓他們每天綻放舒心的笑容，就一定能讓他們真正感受到天倫之樂的甜蜜和晚年生活的幸福!最后，讓我們再次祝福我們可愛的前輩們如晚菊傲霜，漫步人生夕陽紅!

　　The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called "Height Ascending Festival". The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

　　在古代，民間在重陽有登高的風俗，故重陽節又叫“登高節”。相傳此風俗始于東漢。唐代文人所寫的登高詩很多，大多是寫重陽節的習俗;杜甫的七律《登高》，就是寫重陽登高的名篇。登高所到之處，沒有劃一的規定，一般是登高山、登高塔。

　　今天的重陽節，被賦予了新的含義，在1989年，我國將每年的農歷九月九日定為老人節，傳統與現代巧妙地結合，成為尊老、敬老、愛老、助老的老年人節日。全國各地、團體、街道，都在此時組織從工作崗位上退休的老人們秋游賞景，或臨水玩樂，或登山健體，讓身心都沐浴在大自然的懷抱里。不少家庭的晚輩也會攙扶著年老的長輩，到郊外活動或為老人準備一些可口的飲食。

　　“話重陽”主題教育升旗儀式，增強了學生對民族節日的興趣和了解，使學生受到了傳統節日文化熏陶的同時，也受到了傳統美德教育。

　　感恩意味著傳承，重陽節，古人登高望遠、品糕賞菊。而在現代，重陽節又被賦予了新的含義，傳統與現代巧妙結合，重陽節成為尊老、敬老、愛老的節日。

　　通過本次升旗儀式，不僅讓學生們真正了解到重陽節的來歷，更讓學生們懂得要去尊重關愛身邊的每一位老人。愿尊老、敬老的中華美德在學生們心中代代傳承!
