專訪北京王府國(guó)際學(xué)校 2018屆畢業(yè)生烏蘭巴特爾

　　弗吉尼亞軍事學(xué)院在美國(guó)素有“南方西點(diǎn)”的美稱。

　　2017年11月份，一個(gè)手握弗吉尼亞軍事學(xué)院offer的蒙古族男孩，回到了北京王府國(guó)際學(xué)校，他說(shuō)：“我希望從王府畢業(yè)，享受一次王府式的高中畢業(yè)典禮。”

　　烏蘭巴特爾，2015年從北京王府外國(guó)語(yǔ)初中畢業(yè)后，進(jìn)入美國(guó)軍校讀高中。他和別的小留學(xué)生有點(diǎn)不一樣——打破了就讀的美國(guó)陸軍軍校一百多年的俯臥撐紀(jì)錄;入軍校后短短3個(gè)月便擔(dān)任了年級(jí)里的“最大官兒”;離開(kāi)軍校前夕，他已身居營(yíng)長(zhǎng)之位;如果不是因?yàn)閲?guó)籍的原因，他很可能已經(jīng)被美國(guó)西點(diǎn)軍校錄取……

　　在這些接踵而至的榮譽(yù)面前，巴特爾暫停腳步，回到王府學(xué)校，同時(shí)將目光轉(zhuǎn)向了加拿大，準(zhǔn)備開(kāi)啟未來(lái)5年的人生規(guī)劃之路。

　　2018年4月19日，巴特爾如愿收到了加拿大大學(xué)“三強(qiáng)”之一的英屬哥倫比亞大學(xué)的offer。如他所想，他的溫哥華創(chuàng)業(yè)之旅，再次從王府啟航，開(kāi)始順利“大躍進(jìn)”……

　　Ulan Bataar, is a standout student of BRS from Mongolia. He graduated in 2015 from BRS’s junior-high division and then applied to and was accepted to military high-schools in the U.S. Bataar spent two years in the U.S. studying at one air force military high school in Florida the first year and the second year at one land force high school in Missouri. He is quite the sports enthusiast and has a good command of swimming, fencing, boxing, and basketball, just to name a few. Thanks to his athletic talents, Bataar graced the halls of his high-schools in the U.S. not only as the platoon sergeant—a mere 3 months after enrollment—but ultimately as one of the four company commanders in charge of managing the entire student population. In addition to these noteworthy accomplishments, he also broke the school’s 100-year record for push-ups; was strongly recommended by the school for attendance to the West Point Military Academy, and he received a letter of recommendation from a 1-Star General as well; and, in an inter-continental school-level military competition, he and his classmates together took home a 10-kilometer running and push-up trophy. In 2017, Ulan Bataar made an unexpected decision, giving up Virginia Military Institute’s acceptance offer and returning to his alma mater Beijing Royal School. His reason was this: “When I was in BRS’s junior high, I dreamed of becoming a graduate of BRS’s senior-high.” On April 19, 2018, Ulan Bataar received an offer of admission from the University of British Columbia, one of the TOP 3 classified Canadian universities. 　　01軍校里百年記錄的打破者

　　巴特爾看起來(lái)高高瘦瘦，接受采訪時(shí)，顯得放松慵懶，讓人很難相信，眼前這個(gè)18歲的少年，竟然是美國(guó)軍校里百年記錄的打破者。

　　2016年8月，進(jìn)入密蘇里州一所陸軍軍校3個(gè)月后，他連躍三級(jí)，當(dāng)了11年級(jí)學(xué)生能當(dāng)?shù)?ldquo;最大官兒”——“副層長(zhǎng)”，統(tǒng)管一層的同學(xué)。在重回王府前的三個(gè)月，他再次被教官推薦擔(dān)任管理全校學(xué)生的4個(gè)營(yíng)長(zhǎng)之一。

　　在學(xué)校里，跑步、俯臥撐、游泳、格斗術(shù)、翻躍障礙物等常規(guī)軍事訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目的第一名均被他包攬。他能1分鐘完成113個(gè)俯臥撐，格斗爬繩只需6.7秒，打破了這所學(xué)校保持了100多年的歷史紀(jì)錄。
