①信用證的類型（form of credit）；②信用證號碼（L/C number）；③開證日期（date of issue）；④信用證金額 (L/C amount)；⑤有效期和到期地點（expiry date and place）；⑥開證銀行（issuing / opening bank）；⑦通知銀行（advising / notifying bank）；⑧開證申請人（applicant）；⑨受益人（beneficiary）；⑩單據提交期限（documents presentation period）。
�。ǘ╆P于匯票
①出票人（drawer）；②付款人（drawee）；③付款期限（tenor）；④出票條款（drawn clause）。
�。ㄈ╆P于單據
�、偕虡I發票（commercial invoice）；②提單（bill of lading）；③保險單（insurance policy）；④產地證明書（certificate of origin）；⑤其他單據（other documents）。
�。ㄋ模╆P于貨物
