匯票（bill of exchange）
由一方向另一方簽發(fā)，要求對方立即或在一定時日內，對某人或其指定人或持票人支付一定金額的、無條件的書面支付命令。匯票有三個原始當事人：出票人、受票人（或稱付款人）及受款人。如匯票上未注明付款期限，應視作見票即付，即稱為即期匯票。如規(guī)定付款期限，稱為遠期匯票。
