I am looking forward to meeting you in the near future. Your prompt response will be much appreciated. I should be pleased to attend for an interview at your convenience， when I could give you further details concerning myself. （注：申請信，求職信，推薦信寫法相似。每篇開頭都要點明目的，但是主體部分都可以從個人能力教育背景來說，注意申請信是以第一人稱來寫，而推薦信是以第三人稱來寫。） 二、投訴信（及回復信） 模板句型： 開頭句：說明投訴問題 I feel something should be done about… I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory… 結尾局：期待解決方案 I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply. I believe you will take my complaints seriously， I would ask you to give back my money， or I would file my complaint to the authorities concerned. |
