| 關(guān)于用IVR(Interactive Voice Response，交互式語音應答系統(tǒng)，which using recorded machine)調(diào)查survey與用傳統(tǒng)的電話調(diào)查的比較，閱讀和聽力中意見相悖。 第一組： Reading人們面對只是機器調(diào)查，更加誠實。 Lecture教授反對，not accurate, 舉例說，如果被問你的收入多少，because even it is a recording machine人們知道調(diào)查的只是機器, but people who are surveyed still know that they will be evaluated by real people, and be analyzed by their answers他們知道他們的調(diào)查還是要被Real person分析的, so they will be still uncomfortable.' 第二組：閱讀：IVR can reach larger group of people。 Lecture教授反對，not reliable, even the survey company can save money to employ fewer interviewers, but people will finish their survey whenever they want, 人家不想回答隨時都能end。While with real people, they will be encouraged to finish the whole survey which will be more reliable. 第三組：閱讀：可以避免voice factor。 Lecture教授反對，not objective. the simple recorded voice and the same regional accents is useful to let people more object, because different people will have different ideas about the same voice and accents. |
