　　carry away 使入迷，陶醉

　　eg: He was carried away by the music

　　音樂使他入迷

　　carry forward 推進(jìn)

　　carry off 獲得(獎(jiǎng)賞)，拿走，奪走(生命)

　　eg: She carried off the first prize.

　　她獲得了頭獎(jiǎng)

　　eg: The plague has carried off many children.

　　這場瘟疫奪走了許多孩子的生命

　　carry on 1)繼續(xù)下去，堅(jiān)持下去 2)從事，經(jīng)營

　　eg: Without telephone it would be impossible to carry on functions of every business operation in the whole country.

　　要是沒有電話，全國所有的商業(yè)運(yùn)作都無法繼續(xù)

　　eg: Henry wants to carry on a business himself

　　亨利打算自己經(jīng)營一起買賣

　　carry out 執(zhí)行，貫徹，完成，實(shí)現(xiàn)

　　eg: He failed to carry out some of the provisions of the contract,and now he has to answer for the consquences.

　　他未能兌現(xiàn)合同上的一些條款，所以現(xiàn)在他必須對(duì)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)

　　carry over (使)繼續(xù)下去，將...延后

　　carry through 1)實(shí)現(xiàn)，完成，堅(jiān)持下去 2)使度過困難(或麻煩等)

　　eg: He carried through the work

　　他完成了那項(xiàng)工作

　　eg: My determination carried me through the difficulties.

　　我的決心使我渡過了難關(guān)
