考研英語書信類小作文模板分析

　　信函從類別上分類包括以下幾種類型：建議信、投訴信、求職信、辭職信、感謝信、道歉信、表揚信、詢問信等。從信函對象來分的話，包括私人信函和公務信函。

　　一、英文書信格式

　　縮進式：稱呼頂格寫，正文每段第一行向后縮進4個字母，段與段之間不空行，落款位于中間偏右的位置。

　　齊頭式：稱呼、正文和落款均頂格寫。正文中，段與段之間空一行。

　　考研(微博)應用文萬學海文英語考研輔導老師們建議大家采用縮進式格式。

　　★ 稱呼

　　書信寫作的稱呼語大致分為兩種情況：

　　★ 正文

　　考研應用文一般有三點提綱，即三個內容要點。因此，考生應嚴格按照大綱要求寫成三句，每句表達一個提綱要點，順序不要打亂，做到文字條理清晰，簡明準確。書信作文一般7~8句，使用3~5個關聯詞，3~5個從句，首尾兩段可套用一些固定句型。

　　★ 落款

　　a) 落款包括結束語和署名兩部分。

　　b) 結束語是表示禮節的套語，寫在正文下面兩三行處的右側，從中間寫起，第一個詞的開頭字母要大寫，末尾用逗號。一般為“Yours sincerely/truly,”，根據考研大綱，署名一致為Li Ming，注意不能寫自己的真實姓名。另外，考研書信類不要求寫日期。

　　二、英語書信模板

　　1， 建議信
