漢語可說“陪伴某人做某事”，但英語習慣上不能說accompany sb to do sth。要表示陪某人去某地，只說accompany sb to a place即可。如：
■他堅持要陪她去車站。
誤：He insisted on accompanying her to go to the station.
正：He insisted on accompanying her to the station.
■他說他將陪她回家。
誤：He said he was going to accompany her to go home.
正：He said he was going to accompany her home.
